Restore a purchase
Open Apnea Trainer, go to You, and tap Restore access. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, then tap Apnea Trainer. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Request a refund
App Store payments and refund requests are managed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Notifications
Change notification permission in iOS Settings under Notifications, then Apnea Trainer. Declining notifications does not block tables, timer, or log.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
Connecting Health is optional. Finished tables write Mindfulness minutes only if you allow it. Watch tables need Full Access and a paired Apple Watch. Health and Watch permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
App data
Training answers and your log stay on this device. Deleting the app may remove that local information. Subscription records remain with your Apple ID.
